Winds gusting as high as 65 mph on exposed ridgelines in the Manti-Skyline area. * WHERE...Central Mountains, Wasatch Plateau/Book Cliffs, and Western Uinta Mountains. * WHEN...From 9 PM this evening to 9 PM MDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions are expected. Traction law restrictions may be enacted. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A period of moderate to heavy snow is expected with a cold front Monday evening into Monday night.
